SBS’s areas of expertise include PEPs & High Risk Entity Filtering, SWIFT, and AML Project Management. Our Proof of Concept has been instrumental in building the business case and highlighting the value of the solution. PMI standard project methodologies are applied to all engagements and documentation is available to clients who may require assistance with their full project lifecycle.
Implementation Specialists will provide solution delivery, work-flow & fine tuning assistance, report customization and “true up” assistance for first time scan of database. SBS staff will work with clients to create a detailed project plan with key deliverables, accountabilities and success criteria. Project scope and architecture is determined jointly to ensure a successful deployment and once deployment to production is completed, a post-production quality review is conducted to facilitate the transition to client support.
Knowledge transfer is provided via Webx and on-site training for end users and system administrators. Designated users are also trained on fine tuning. SBS also provides train the trainer programs upon request.
SBS Support will track and control your technical inquiries as well as provide information on software releases, answer questions on product functionality and provide “tech tips” advice to clients.
The standard support service hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
