Consulting

Project Management Institute (PMI) standards are always followed during all consulting engagements and we will provide you with documentation should you need our services throughout the duration of your project’s life cycle.
Implementation
Our Implementation Specialists will help you execute your customized strategy, facilitate your work-flow, help you use the more nuanced features of our products to your advantage, and provide “true up” assistance for the first scan of your database. Your project’s scope and structural design is a collaborative effort between the specialist and your business to ensure the project’s successful execution from start to finish. Upon your project’s completion, we will conduct a post-production quality review to ensure a seamless transition to client support.
Training
Training is conducted either through videoconferencing or on-site. We also provide tutorials on fine tuning. Additionally, we offer “train the trainer” programs upon request.
Support
SBS technical support staff are available for your technical needs. They will update you on software releases and upgrades as well as provide “tech tip” advice to clients.
